BUGS is a friendly society, open to anyone, whether you’ve been involved in Scouting or Guiding before or not. We are affiliated to SSAGO, the Student Scout and Guide Organisation, and about once a term we are invited to go to Rallies (camps) with the various groups from universities all over the country.

We meet about once a week, where we do a wide range of activities, including camping, socials and volunteering. You don't have to come every week, just turn up to the events that appeal to you. Most importantly, BUGS offers you the opportunity to join in with a variety of fun activities with like-minded people!

Also, if you are interested in helping at a Scout or Guide unit (or Brownies/Cubs etc) in Bath, BUGS can help to put you in touch with local contacts - however, helping at a unit is not necessary to be a member of the society.
